Volunteer sign up

We are an entirely volunteer run society! Thank you for helping make our dances possible. Volunteers always get into our evening dances for free.

Select below what shift you would like to sign up for. If a shift is not available, it has already been filled. 
 

Shift categories:
Door shift: Greet dancers at the door, have them sign our waiver, and take payment.

Setup: Help setup chairs/tables/sound equipment/decorations before the dance

Takedown: Help take down chairs/tables/sound equipment/decorations before the dance

Transport: Drive our sound equipment + other dance equipment to or from our storage location (requires car). Please contact the volunteer coordinator before signing up if you have not done a transportation shift before.

 

At the dance, please check in at the front desk and let them know you are volunteering (volunteers get in for free!). If you haven't volunteered before, you will get a training overview before/during your shift. 

 

If you want to sign up for multiple shifts (e.g. Setup and a Door shift), please submit the form multiple times. 

 

Please leave a good contact number in case we need to get ahold of you. If you are unable to make your shift, have questions, or need to change something, please contact our volunteer coordinator. Missing your shift or showing up late without notice may result in loss of volunteer opportunities.
