About the event
Join us for two Lindy Hop workshops focused on swing-outs!
Doors open at 2:15
2:30-3:45 pm: Advanced Swingout Techniques
Refine your technique and learn variations of the swingout
Prerequisite: Students should feel comfortable with the swing-out and other 6 and 8 count Lindy Hop movements.
4:00-5:15 pm: Swingout 101
Learn one of the foundational movements of Lindy Hop - the Swing-out - in this hour long class.
Prerequisite: Students must have taken our Beginning Lindy Hop series or be familiar with some 6 and 8 count Lindy Hop movements.
REGISTRATION & COST
$10 for one workshop or $15 for both
Please wear comfortable, non-marking shoes with minimal traction. Street shoes are not allowed.
These workshops are for all ages, individuals and partners welcome. Willingness to rotate partners and dance with different people in class is required.
